1. About this website

This website is operated by John Baptist Kusiima, an individual freelancer based in Lippstadt, Germany. It presents my work, online freelance services, insights, free browser-based tools, and ways to contact or book a free online consultation. Full provider details are in the Imprint.

2. Freelance services and consultations

Viewing the site, submitting an inquiry, or booking a free consultation does not by itself create a paid freelance engagement. Scope, deliverables, timing, price, usage rights, and any other project terms are agreed separately before paid work begins. Services and consultations are delivered remotely and online. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Consultations described as free are provided without charge and subject to availability. Voluntary tips are gifts of support; they do not purchase additional services, priority, warranties, or rights.

3. Free tools

The QR Code Generator and Color Wheel may be used for personal or commercial purposes. Tool inputs are processed locally in your browser. You are responsible for checking generated QR codes, colour values, exports, accessibility, print suitability, and any destination content before relying on them. Do not use the tools to create unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or rights-infringing material.

4. Website content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website's original text, visual design, branding, graphics, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and link to public pages and use outputs intentionally generated by the free tools. Reproducing or distributing substantial website content requires permission. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their respective licences.

5. Availability and external services

I aim to keep the website and tools useful and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent availability of a feature. The site links to or embeds services operated by third parties, including Cal.com and social platforms. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them.

6. Liability

I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for culpable injury to life, body or health, under mandatory product-liability rules, and wherever liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. For ordinary negligence involving an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for that kind of obligation. Otherwise, liability for ordinary negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Statutory rights and liability rules that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

7. Changes

I may update these website terms prospectively when the site or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Changes do not retroactively alter a separately agreed freelance contract or remove accrued statutory rights.
