Hi, I'm Kusiima.

I'm John Baptist Kusiima, a designer who builds Notion workspaces. I'm a Notion Certified Admin, and Notion is the one thing I work on.

I started Kusiima as a personal brand around a simple idea: the way a team works should be as clear as the way it looks. A Notion workspace is where the work itself happens — projects, clients, plans and the handovers between people — so everyone works from the same picture and knows who's doing what.

I come to it as a designer. The workspaces I build look like the business they belong to, and they're laid out so people find their way around without asking. I also make Notion templates for the things people set up again and again.

I help individuals and businesses, whether that's a review of a workspace you already have, a few changes, or a new one from scratch. I work on my own, so the person you talk to is the person doing the work. Everything happens online, wherever you are.
