Getting started
Everything between finding something on this site and using it in your own Notion. No Notion experience needed.
Templates are sold on Gumroad. Nothing is bought on kusiima.com itself.
It's free at notion.com. Do this first, so the template has somewhere to go. The free plan is enough for every template.
Each card on the templates page links to it on Gumroad. For a free template, Gumroad asks you to name a fair price: enter 0, or pay what you like.
See the templatesThe email from Gumroad has a link to the template. It opens a Notion page in your browser.
Then choose your workspace. The template appears as a new page in your Notion, and nothing you already have is changed.
It's at the top of every template. Follow the steps, clear out the sample data, and add something of your own.
Rename things, add or remove columns, change colours. You can't break the original, because you're working on your own copy.
Once it's in your Notion, it's in the Notion app too. Setting up is easier on a computer.
When I improve a template, the new version is free. Open your Gumroad receipt or library, and duplicate it again.
Gumroad handles the payment, so refunds follow Gumroad's refund policy. Contact Gumroad or me, and we'll sort it out.
Contact meYou don't need to know Notion for this. Most people I work with are new to it.
Use the contact form. A few lines on what you need and what you use now is plenty, even if that's chats, spreadsheets and paper.
Contact meWe talk it through, and I send you a price. No work starts until you agree to it.
If you already use Notion, either invite me as a guest to the pages involved or send me a link I can copy from. I'll explain how when we get there. Both can be undone once I'm finished.
The workspace is yours from the start. I don't keep access afterwards unless you ask me to.
Check your spam folder, then sign in to Gumroad with the same email address. Your purchases are kept in your library there.
Make sure you're signed in to Notion in the same browser you opened the link in, then open the link again.
Open the link from your receipt again and duplicate it into the right one. You can delete the extra copy.
Send me a message and tell me which template it is and what you see. A screenshot helps.
Contact meHow pages, databases and views work is best learned from Notion's own help centre, which changes along with Notion.
Notion's help centre ↗Tell me how your work runs today and what's getting in the way. I read every message myself.
