About
I'm a digital designer working in graphic and marketing design — the point where a brand meets an audience, and has half a second to earn it.
Kusiima is where that work lives, alongside the tools I build for it. Small problems kept costing me real time, so I started building the tools I wanted to exist.
The approach is the same either way: work out what the thing is actually for, then remove everything else.
Kusiima is a Runyoro word, and my surname. It means to thank.
01Disciplines
Four areas that overlap more than they separate.
01
Identity systems, campaign assets and the visual language that ties them together — built to stay coherent as a brand grows past its first few touchpoints.
02
Design made for the feed, the ad slot and the screen it will actually be seen on. Format-aware from the start, not resized after the fact.
03
Decks, reports and long-form layouts where the typography is doing the persuading and the hierarchy is doing the work.
04
Small, sharp utilities that solve one problem properly — built because the existing options were slower than they needed to be.
02Principles
Not a manifesto. Just the four things that decide most arguments.
Brand work, campaign or marketing assets — let’s talk.
